Professional, friendly, unrushed & thorough.
All staff are friendly, knowledgeable, caring to pets & owners , and professional. They at all times provide options for care, and never push products or services simply for monetary purposes. I feel my pet is safe & well cared for, and we are respected as pet families.
Had to say goodbye to my best dog friend and doctor Mokler could not have been more compassionate. In fact, everyone I have encountered at this clinic have been nothing short of professional and caring.
Terrible experience with the euthanization of my 19 year old, blind cat. Trying to sedate her they just let her go as she leapt off the table. Landed on the top of her head and then her body went limp beside her. They just left her on the floor. Absolutely tramatic. No apology, nor explanation. Horrified.
