Staff serviced our truck in a timely way. Would go back again if service was needed.
Horrible service I went to see the car here and I was interested in ordering one. They did hard credit check without my consent. Even though car was not coming in next 3 months. When I asked the salesman, he said if car doesn't come in 3 months then they will have to do another credit check. Not recommended Much better service provided in other toyota showrooms.
After 3.5 year of being a great customer Alan gave me incorrect answers to my questions to benefit the dealership rather than the customer. Extremely high pressure sales tactics in the financing office. Won’t be returning to Charlottetown Toyota - follow everyone else’s advice and go to Summerside.
