Very lackluster experience, i went in to get a trade in appraisal on my truck (24 maverick) and was interested in a tacoma, specifically an V6 manual extended cab 6' box which im aware they didnt make this year but i didnt think would be a huge issue because they made them the year before. Apparently it was, as i was told charlottetown toyota doesnt deal in used cars and they wouldnt give me a trade in appraisal unless i was going to buy a brand new one
Staff serviced our truck in a timely way. Would go back again if service was needed.
Horrible service I went to see the car here and I was interested in ordering one. They did hard credit check without my consent. Even though car was not coming in next 3 months. When I asked the salesman, he said if car doesn't come in 3 months then they will have to do another credit check. Not recommended Much better service provided in other toyota showrooms.
