Update: After we left this review, one of the Managers (David W.) we never interacted with, wrote a very mean and disturbing review on our business page (we purchased the car for our private use). This is a good example of how they operate. We bought the Outlander PHEV last summer and we first liked the car very much because it is a very safe car and we got it with 3x 10 year warranty. I was in search of a replacement SUV and had contacted a few dealers before settling on Mitsubishi which seemed the best bang for the buck. The Outlander I requested was delivered exactly as requested, on time, on target. The sales team was very attentive and upfront with regards to options. It was a good experience 👍
Great experience, wished they would have gone higher on trade ins but another dealer offer 10k more so it worked out
