We had booked a newly renovated room. There was no heat in the room during our one night stay (max 16 degrees) and their only solution was to provide us with a space heater, which could not regulate the temperature in the room. There was no soap, shampoo or condition in the shower. The place was rundown and the included breakfast was minimal at best. Great location however property is under some construction and renovations. Friendly staff.
The hotel rate was okay. No gluten free options for breakfast (other than fruit). The room I stayed in was newly renovated which was nice, but there was a loud squeeling noise at 3am. After informing the front desk, they did not do anything for the inconvenience. Most of the hotel was under renovations as well.
Great location. Clean rooms. Great staff. Great value for location
