This was a terrible hotel. The rooms had a strong smell of deodorant that was ridiculous. The A/C unit did not cool the room at all. The hot water in the shower took almost 10 mins to get warm. The gym TV remote did not work. No manager on staff to answer any questions. The hotel is waste of money

Mold and cockroaches. If I could give this place zero stars, I would. I reached out to Tourism PEI after I stay and the room we stayed it was shut down after due to such poor conditions. There was black mold everywhere, the wallpaper was coming apart with black behind it, the floor was warped and felt like it was caving in, the ceiling fixtures were falling off and dirty/black mold. What a dump. Military quarters are in better shape than this place. Room has a pungent smell, door mechanism is damaged; I'll stop there. Not at all what I was expecting for the price and it being a conference centre. Cancelled tomorrows stay.
