We can't say enough about RGM Home Inspections. Not only is Robert very professional and thorough, he took pictures (everywhere) and then walked us through the house explaining all the details. He made recommendations of which issues should be dealt with (a.s.a.p.) and timelines for other things. All in all, his report gave us confidence that we had found the right person to review details of our future property. That said, we highly recommend RGM Inspections to anyone considering the purchase of a property..

Robert did our home inspection Fall 2022. He was very personable, thorough, and provided great feedback. I attended the inspection and Robert made me feel welcome to be present and offered up great advice on the spot as he noticed any deficiencies. His report came very quickly in electronic format and covered all aspect of the inspection. Pricing was on par with previous inspections we've had and Robert let me know his fees up front. It was my first time using Robert and would highly recommend his services. Paul
