Terrrible, incompetent. Harmed my poor dog leaving her traumatized and in awful pain and charged me hundreds to do it. For what should have been a simple procedure. Never again.
We have been taking our dogs here for the past 38 years. That should say it all!
We are so grateful for Charlottesville Veterinary Hospital. We unexpectedly had to put our beloved 14 year old pup down and they were so compassionate through the entire process. This was our first time there and Dr.Schaeffer was just amazing. With having just met us she still cared immensely for our loss. We even received a handwritten card afterwards. We couldn't thank them enough for making such a hard time feel a little lighter with the right care.
