Difficult billing practicies. I've called twice to discuss an insurance issue and I have been told that they are unable to put my bill on hold while my insurance company reprocesses the claim. My insurance company intervened and the bill still doesn't appear to be placed on hold. Very frustrating. I didn't have this issue with any other provider that was affected. My experience with the actual appointment was good. That's where it ends. I keep receiving bills of varying amounts, with apparently no way to pay. I have attempted to pay the bills multiple times online and got error messages each time. I then called the number on the invoice (where it says "Pay by phone 24/7") and got a message that they were closed and to call back when they are open. There does not seem to be anywhere to contact them via email or message. It is almost as if they don't want to get paid....

Same here. Procedure in October of 2023, never received a bill or statement, didn't even know I owed anything. They say they sent a statement in October and a letter in December, which I never received (2 docs over a 5 month period). In March of 2024 received a letter from a collection company. All this over $31.
