These are some of the hardest working CNA's and nurses I've seen at a variety of other SNFs and ALFs. They've really been working on turning things around, and they deserve some hype about that.
In the short time my brother was at this facility, he received the best care. Everyone was very attentive to his needs as they changed almost daily. All of the doctors and nurses were exceptional in taking care of my brother and making sure he was comfortable. Explaining everything to the family along the way. And being with my brother as he passed in the very early hours of the morning. Great facility!!!

It is a pleasure to work with such a dedicated staff at Monroe who will go the extra mile to care for those who live or who are in rehab at Monroe.
My grandmother has been staying here for a while, and from what I was just told this place needs to be shuttered immediately. Do not send your loved ones here - they will berate, ignore, and not care for them. It is heartbreaking to hear about someone you care about being mistreated so horribly, and I can't understand why anyone would go into a career in elder care if they don't care for helping the elderly. Avoid this place at all costs!
