I had to have a bit of therapy. I chose to have it at Charlottesville Orthopedic because I had some knee surgery done before. There is no other place that I would ever do Pt than here. Matt is so understanding, caring and professional. I can't say enough good about them.
Doctor was very knowledgeable. His staff was very caring. I felt very comfortable and look forward to their continuation of process.

Service was good... but billing is confusing. As a self pay patient I asked up front what the cost would be. I was told a flat fee plus any extra services. I pay the flat fee... see a Dr for 5 mins... no additional services. Then I get another surprise bill weeks later. When I ask what the extra fees are for there is no explanation except basically, we charge whatever we want to charge. Doctors were great. Self-pay patients be careful.
