A very professional and knowledgeable staff at physical therapy and a nice space to be in.
Called to get an appointment for an acute ankle issue and when the receptionist returned the call, she seemed ready to schedule me. When I told her it would be self pay, all of a sudden, she didn't know how much an appointment with x-rays would cost and there weren't any available for 6-8+ weeks out. She very quickly pivoted to rushing me off the phone. Something seems shady that they only want to bill insurance, would not recommend this practice.
I have placed full confidence in Dr. Nielson for the issues I have been having with my arms/shoulders, including prior visits.
