Booked an appointment for Thursday. Got to the clinic was told it was for Wednesday and was made to feel as if it was my fault for missing it. No urgency in trying to fix problem. No confirmation call during the week to confirm appointment. Obviously not interested in taking on new patients. Glad there is other clinics in Charlottesville.
