I used CAVS to install a Samsung Frame TV in my elderly dad's apartment. Samsung Frame TV's are tricky to install so this was not a simple project. I dealt with Amber in the office (via phone) and CW who did the install. Both of them were very good - knowledgable, clear communicators, friendly and professional. These folks are awesome. I sent out a query on their website and Amber got back to me less than 24 hours later. THEN, she suggested a couple of things I could try to avoid a service call... and she was RIGHT! Referring often and saving the contact info. Thanks, Amber!

I recently had Charlottesville Audio Visual Services install a tv and soundbar at my new place. They were very patient and receptive to all of my needs. They did a fabulous job and I now have the exact tv/soundbar system that I have always wanted. They were great! I'd certainly use them again.
