Charlotte is very pleasant. I had asked on the phone if she does biogel and was told yes but she only does acrylic, which was fine. I went for a nail refill but she specializes in lashes and other services, which I didn't use. She did a lovely job on my nails and love the shape she made them. If you are going for nails and doing a solid colour or a French manicure, then you will be fine but she doesn't do any design or fancy nails. Charlotte is so lovely and I love that she is an experienced and qualified lash tech with many years behind her. Absolutely no pain from lash fumes (I have experienced this from the last 2 places I visited) and my lashes look amazing. Highly recommended.

Charlotte is absolutely amazing. So friendly and did an amazing job on my eyelash extentions. As it was my first time I was so nervous but she put me at ease and did an awesome job.
