I am a repeat client of Charlotte. It is well worth the 1 1/2 hour drive for her expertise. I have utilized both the bodywork and the cranial/sacral services and the results from both were truly life enhancing. For years I struggled with digestion issues and Charlotte was able to work on the scar tissues - I haven’t had a problem since! It starts with her first gentle touch of your body, which the body takes as a signal to relax and let yourself feel like a nurtured baby. Each slow gentle movement takes you deeper into a quiet still safe place of deep peace. Your body feels totally soft and quietly happy afterwards. I highly recommend Charlotte for each modality of her collection of bodywork.
