I went here after experiencing a bad weave job just 2 weeks before at another local braiding shop not too far from Charlotte’s. I asked if she could do a weave and we scheduled for a couple days later with one of her stylist (gotta go back to get her name). I asked for weave with a leave out in the front. It was a lovely and clean shop and nice cultured capes to wear. I had spoken to a customer standing outside on the phone weeks before on my way to the another shop and she had nothing but good things to say about this shop.... read more

Over charged - $100.00 for 10 little braids fit for little -kid should have been 50 at most - just hustled- just paid the money- didn’t feel like arguing- never to return again wish I could post a pic Sincerely Ripped Off Everyone in shop complaining- Big African Boss settling on the phone calling shots -worker only understand American Money- can not speak English at all - thinking about calling City Hall

Yo Nbs, Worst Experience I've Ever Had. 1) NONE of them speak English 2) Wasted my time because they started doing the wrong design and had to start over again 3) They put a lot of strength into retwisting your dreads like they hate you 4) They tried having me pay more than what we agree on (which I didn't). 5) Would not answer most of my questions.
