Keagan was absolutely amazing today finding me the absolutely perfect dress!! I cannot recommend her enough! She spent so much time with us and had the greatest patience. Her expertise was top notch!! I would highly recommend her and Charolettes bridal 🩷
Right away after making my appointment, they called me and was so sweet and friendly and sounded like they were invested into finding the perfect dress for me! As a first time bride, and figuring this all out and trying to navigate this aniexty of trying to figure out a dress, they were all the best to help and everyone was so friendly and welcoming. Absolutely love the experience and ended up finding the perfect dress for me!!

Keagan was phenomenal! I found my dress during my first time trying on dresses at Charlottes all thanks to Keagan and her attentiveness to search for the right dress for me! 10/10 experience, lots of happy tears shed on this wonderful day!
I went with my Granddaughters bridal party to search for her gown. We were warmly welcomed and shown to our own private suite. Charity, the stylist, asked all the appropriate questions and started pulling dresses. She helped the bride into each dress, clipping it to show a perfect fit and then did a dramatic reveal for us! She asked what was and wasn't liked about each one and then pulled more. Although we didn't find The One, it was overall a fantastic experience.
