My friend, who is getting married soon, tried on dresses with us here after we just had a horrible experience at a different store. This experience here completely made all our day! Our helper, Brooke, was an absolute doll! She was kind, attentive, and just all around amazing. She really helped save the day! The store smelled so good and was so clean and pretty. They had many options of wedding dresses and all in different price ranges! 10/10 experience for the Eau Clair Charlottes's bridal location.
Brooke was amazing to work with. She made the experience so fun and she was so sweet and caring. She was able to bring my vision together and i had to decide between three dresses she did so good. You can really tell she loves what she does and loves helping the bride find her perfect dress while making it special. I am so glad I went here and that she was my stylist. Highly recommend!
10/10 would recommend! I found my dress on day one, which I honestly didn’t expect. Keagan was wonderful to work with - she made the entire experience comfortable and fun, and helped me feel confident in every gown!! I came in with no expectations on what I would love and she was able to nail it.
UPDATED REVIEW: I am 3 months post-wedding and thrilled to post an update! I opted for the Diamond Package with Charolotte's Bridal and have just received my special preservation box with my wedding gown, hairpin, and flower from our big day. It is absolutely GORGEOUS and I am so excited to have this memorable keepsake for years to come! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!!! I Found my dress the first day! I did not have high hopes going into it, but Keagan was amazing and helped me find the dress. Keagan made me feel comfortable and confident in every dress and found exactly what I was looking for.
