Charlotte did an outstanding job of taking care of my Real Estate needs.Totally on top of every detail every step of the way. We joked about still "being on the clock" because I would contact Charlotte at odd hours with odd requests. She never once turned me away or failed to take care of my requests. If you're looking for somebody who is going to "Get it Done" Charlotte definitely fits that role and quite well I might add. Can't say enough!

Charlotte was great to work with on the purchase of our new home in Bellingham. We chose to purchase a "spec" home in a new planned urban community development. We knew up front that customization was not an option, but Charlotte worked closely with the selling agents to provide our desires in terms of color palettes, cabinetry, and fixtures. Charlotte was always very responsive to all of our questions and accompanied us on our many visits during construction. We couldn't be happier with the outcome and love our new home.
