John and his team were well priced, respectful and delivered a common-sense solution that helped mitigate the issues we were having in our basement. Hurricane Debby was coming, and I was nervous, but John's work kept our basement dry. I feel so much more confident about my house's envelope thanks to John and his team. Five stars, for sure.
John and his team recently installed Helical piers on my property for a back yard project to resolve a soft soil condition. Couldn't have asked for a better experience. He was very responsive, his pricing was fair for the service and materials provided. His team was on time, informative and immediately provided all the necessary documentation for my project to continue forward I would highly recommend Charlotte Structural

John was a very knowledgeable, quick, and saved me many thousands of $. Where other structural contractors quoted me high amounts, John let me know that the issue were mostly look & feel and the structure was not at risk. He also gave me advice on some moisture issues and his point of view on how best to deal with them (avoiding encapsulation as this can make future problems difficult to see).
