The worker in the store just now was not welcoming, or professional. He spoke to me as if I was unintelligent and not to mention he didn't even hand my card back to me after I paid for a small spool of thread (only they had the green thread I had been looking for), he tossed my card on the counter in front of me instead of placing it back into my hand the way that I gave it to him. Had a great experience at Charlotte Sewing Center. Brought my Viking machine in because I could not get the bobbin to thread correctly. Found out (silly me) I was using the wrong bobbin. Problem was resolved quickly with great customer service at no charge. Bill and his staff are terrific!

Nice shop, helpfull and knowledgeable employees. The service that comes with buying a machine here is unmatched.
