I would highly recommend Carolina Sewing Center! I brought in a sewing machine for what I thought was a needed repair job. It’s a very old sewing machine of a type that is no longer made. The gentleman at the store took one quick look at the problem and pointed out what was actually a user error. He was so quick and knew exactly what to do and kindly charged us nothing. We will continue to go back as needed.

I went here to get my sewing machine fixed. The workers there were very knowledgeable. My sewing machine was fixed quickly despite it being close to the holidays.

Very knowledgeable and helpful. I had a problem with the needle on my machine and they fixed it right away. Highly recommend!

The worker in the store just now was not welcoming, or professional. He spoke to me as if I was unintelligent and not to mention he didn't even hand my card back to me after I paid for a small spool of thread (only they had the green thread I had been looking for), he tossed my card on the counter in front of me instead of placing it back into my hand the way that I gave it to him.
