I've gone here a handful of times now to ask questions or search for odds and ends because it's close and JoAnn is no longer in business. The guy who works there has either flat out ignored me, or just been very cold and curt. I don't think he means to be rude but it's clearly not a fluke. I took my Machine couple of times and I never get disappointed. My machine is very old, but it works for me every time they took care of it.

I would highly recommend Carolina Sewing Center! I brought in a sewing machine for what I thought was a needed repair job. It’s a very old sewing machine of a type that is no longer made. The gentleman at the store took one quick look at the problem and pointed out what was actually a user error. He was so quick and knew exactly what to do and kindly charged us nothing. We will continue to go back as needed.

I went here to get my sewing machine fixed. The workers there were very knowledgeable. My sewing machine was fixed quickly despite it being close to the holidays.

Very knowledgeable and helpful. I had a problem with the needle on my machine and they fixed it right away. Highly recommend!
