Please don't book this business. I have booked an appointment with them 3 days prior to the event. No real person and only automated messaging service. They ended up canceling my appointment on the day of event and I couldn't find any replacement for the service. We hoped to have my 3-year-old daughter ears pierced and ended up with a last-minute cancellation.
