I went on my foot doctor’s recommendation, looking for shoe inserts to correct my “fallen arches.” Grace was the salesperson who came up to me seconds after I entered. I was so glad that I didn’t have to wait for someone to notice me. She was so knowledgeable! I got inserts, but since I was there, I wanted to look around. She stayed with me and I asked lots of questions. She could answer every one!
Cole went above and beyond to help my daughter and I pick out which shoes were best for us, when we weren’t sure what we really wanted. He was patient and pleasant to work with. Cole brought out shoes that he felt we might like that we didn’t even pick out. Made us feel like he really wanted to help us instead of hurrying us out. Very rare these days to find good customer service like Cole.
