Maggie was awesome! The whole team was. Made my purchase a pleasure. Very knowledgeable, and just an all around great experience. Love the shoes I bought too!
Fantastic experience!! Staff was extremely nice. They helped me find the right shoe to help with knee pain from previous injuries. I ended up getting the Brooks glycerin max 2. I’ve never had my feet measured or used actual running shoes but can honestly say it’s worth the hype. I’ve put a few miles on these since I purchased them and I feel little to no pain on my knee when I run. Super excited for these shoes in helping my fitness journey. I will be coming back for a second pair once these get worn out!
We've gotten shoes here before, but today's visit was different. Maggie helped us and spent time explaining the difference between shoes. She was a wonderful help.
My husband and I came in looking for shoes for work. Karli helped me and Grace helped my husband. Both were Awesome! Got us both scanned and new shoes ordered and even some insoles and flip flops too. Awesome customer service.
We had such a great experience at the store thanks to karli.She was incredibly friendly, patient, and genuinely helpful throughout our visit. Even though we walked in just 15 minutes before closing, she never made us feel rushed at all. Instead, she took the time to understand what we were looking for, explained the options clearly, and helped us choose the right pair of shoes. Her positive attitude and willingness to go the extra mile made a big difference. Truly excellent customer service!
