We had such a great experience at the store thanks to karli.She was incredibly friendly, patient, and genuinely helpful throughout our visit. Even though we walked in just 15 minutes before closing, she never made us feel rushed at all. Instead, she took the time to understand what we were looking for, explained the options clearly, and helped us choose the right pair of shoes. Her positive attitude and willingness to go the extra mile made a big difference. Truly excellent customer service!
Karli went above and beyond to make sure my 84 year old Mother and I purchased the best shoe for our individual needs. Karli pulled multiple shoes for us to try on and was always willing to bring different brands/sizes for us to try on. It was so refreshing to experience great customer service from start to finish.
Karli was AMAZING!! Very informative and friendly. I would 100 percent recommend going to her if you have any questions. She is the best hands down
