The intended service was the refinishing of the bathtub to facilitate cleaning. Regrettably, the repeated attempts to communicate and obtain resolutions, coupled with the lack of responsiveness and follow-up, have resulted in a negative experience, exacerbated by the premature peeling of the finish, which has not been addressed in a timely manner. Jarrett did such a good job on resurfacing our bathtub and shower. He was great with his communication and detailed invoicing. It was definitely worth it instead of getting a new tub and tile.
Jarrett’s service is AMAZING!! If you are thinking about replacing your tub because it looks old, do yourself a favor and call him first! He was wonderful to work with and I was left speechless with how awesome our tub turned out! He saved us time and money today. His prices are great and he takes great pride in his work. We are already planning our next project with him to restore and seal tile in another bathroom!
Jarrett reglazed a tub for us and it looks great. The textured bottom he added to the floor of the tub is nice. Now we don't need a mat to keep anyone from slipping.
