Not bad, got same day service Edit, I just got my water main replaced bid was fair. Edit 2: kept asking for a quotes and the guy never got back to me

Horrible customer service! This is the 2nd time I have stayed home from work due to our scheduled appointment & they haven't shown up!!! NO Phone Call, NO Text, NO Message! We have been without heat all year & have already had our 1st snow ❄️ so it's FREEZING 🥶 especially at night! The dispatcher has been most unhelpful when I have asked her what's going on & for them to communicate with me. I called yesterday at 11:30am & Josh showed up at 2pm to fix multiple issues with my toilet. He is very knowledgeable & explained everything. He went above & beyond. He even showed me how to turn the water off at the street in case of an emergency. Josh actually made this unpleasant situation enjoyable. I have used Charlotte Plumbing for 10 years now. They are always prompt & professional.

Kudos to Christina and Josh. Tina was the dispatcher and speaking to her felt like speaking to someone who actually cares about their job and the people they help. Josh showed up and really fixed the problem before he even rang the bell. He gave us a thorough explanation of the cause of the leak and what he did to fix it. Then he checked everywhere in the house that water could come from before stating he was finished.
