I called yesterday at 11:30am & Josh showed up at 2pm to fix multiple issues with my toilet. He is very knowledgeable & explained everything. He went above & beyond. He even showed me how to turn the water off at the street in case of an emergency. Josh actually made this unpleasant situation enjoyable. I have used Charlotte Plumbing for 10 years now. They are always prompt & professional.
Kudos to Christina and Josh. Tina was the dispatcher and speaking to her felt like speaking to someone who actually cares about their job and the people they help. Josh showed up and really fixed the problem before he even rang the bell. He gave us a thorough explanation of the cause of the leak and what he did to fix it. Matt Hutchins awesome job fixing garbage disposal that Invitation Homes, used as a vendor, the sad truth is invitation homes tech installed original garbage disposal, that was installed wrong and leaking. Matt also fixed my non stop running toilet upstairs. 5 Stars to Matt!!!! And I also forgot this work order was completed in Bradenton Florida
