For the past five years, I’ve struggled with significant breathing issues that eventually began affecting my ability to exercise. Short wait, quick visit and great solution to a very old problem. Why did I procrastinate so long (years), no discomfort during checkup and she was very informative of my nasal polyp issue.
Dr. Dugan is fantastic and knowledgeable! She took the time to explain everything to us about our son. Her staff is also wonderful. They were friendly and courteous. Wonderful doctor and staff.

I sought help for ear pain and throat fullness after being sick this summer. Came away with a diagnosis of GERD with very little directives other than a handout and no follow up scheduled. The most bizarre part was she talked to be very briefly about a hearing test then she said she was going to get a handout and left the room and didn’t ask if I had any questions or address the ear pain other than change the type of nasal saline I use and never returned.
