My dogs love it there!!!!
Almost 7 years ago, our standard poodles Rama and Darla came to stay at Charlotte Kennels for the first time. We had toured the facility before we adopted them and were sold! Darla was a skittish pup and being able to stay with her bigger brother was a plus. And the staff were able to make her at ease. Now they don’t even look back when they head to their suite. Our dog loves coming here. She stayed with them again this past weekend for 5 days. We’ve also had them board our cat before. Both animals come home happy and calm. They make sure they eat their food and deal with any separation anxiety our Shepherd experiences while she’s there. She gets ball time (her favorite) during the playtime which I appreciate they take the time to give her exercise and something she loves. They also let her have her toys and treats while she’s there. Charlotte Kennels is the best! We have used other places in the area and none can match the cleanliness and professionalism that the staff here offers.
Our dogs have always loved staying at Charlotte Kennels! Audrey is also the best at the de-shedding baths when our fluffy golden needs to be groomed. We’ve been customers at Charlotte Kennels since they opened and wouldn’t go anywhere else!
Our dogs love it here. The staff takes great care of them. One got a rash and they made sure that she was cleared up before coming home.

OMG! Charlotte Kennels is great. Immediately when you walk in everyone is so nice and helpful. The place look warm and welcoming. There are no bad odors including no chemical smells. When we picked up our dogs, they looked great and didn’t have to pee for five minutes nor had to drink a lot of water. All signs to me that they were well cared for. Thank you Charlotte Kennels.
