Only place I trust to take my dog to!!
We drove down from Ohio to spend a week on the beach and give the doggies a vaca of their own. Charlotte kennels was so accommodating of our hectic schedule to drop off and pick up, was not fazed by the fact that one of our pups has seizures, or that we had medicine and a special diet. Getting set up in their system before our trip and vet paperwork on file was no issue at all and made drop off easy. Bentley Thor and Baby Pearl LOVE Charlotte Kennels and I absolutely wound not entrust them to any other facilities care in the UC! Both have been for overnight stays while we traveled and both for doggy daycare play dates. Our Golden and Boston always look forward to visiting and enjoy their time while there, we also rcv pics and updates on them. Picked up our senior dog (Miller) today after an 8 night stay. He came home very happy and not exhausted. Our vet recommended this kennel. We and our children have been using Charlotte Kennels for several years. We feel very comfortable leaving our babies there. Audrey gives the BEST doggie baths! Miller came home smelling good and looks and acts like a younger dog! We will continue to use this facility. Already have booked his next stay.
Maggie loves playing with her friends! They are the only ones she’ll let trim her nails!!!
After trying several different kennels in the area, we found Charlotte Kennels to be superior to the others. Have been a steady customer of boarding and daycare for over 15 years without an issue for any of our dogs. They all enter willingly and very comfortable with the routine. Healthy (but tired) when we pick them up. Medications, when required are addressed.
We love Charlotte Kennels and so does our Ella. It’s so nice to know that Ella is well cared for and loved while we go away on vacations. Ella loves her playtime and her evening peanut butter bone treat! I also love how beautiful Ella looks when we pick her up after her bath. Ella is a big fluff ball and we appreciate the time and patience it takes to make her look so pretty. We are so grateful to Charlotte Kennels for taking such good care of Ella for so many years.
Just took my dogs for the first time yesterday and I am hooked! I have a German Shepherd and a Lab mix who both shed like crazy, and Charlotte Kennels was recommended to me for grooming. I dropped them off at 9am, they were placed in a run together (my lab mix has separation anxiety so this was much appreciated), and I picked them up around 5.
