As others have noted, this is NOT a local company. They are out of Michigan, and any local info they provide is actually a virtual office address, and not a physical one. When the repairman came, he was driving a can with MI plates: first clue. They are NOT registered to do business in NC, having lost the privilege due to failure to file with the state. BEWARE!!!
Great service. They told me what to expect and gave me options for irrigation repair. The tech was great. I would recommend.
Very similar experience to Deja Kemp. Still calling me to collect payment when they didn’t do what I asked. Todd twist yelled at me, said incredibly inappropriate things to me, then they posted a typed letter on a plain piece of printer paper with no company logo or letterhead on my front door asking for close to $2000.00. I have never experienced anything like it.
Had a leaking backflow device upon spring turn-on (pictured) and they were able to replace it the same day they came out to take a look.
I called Charlotte Irrigation the other day to get a quote on repairing a leaking sprinkler head in my front lawn. On the day of my appointment, the office called me to let me know that their Technician, David, was on his way to my home. Within a matter of minutes, David arrived, intorduced himself, and got right to work. David was excellent!
