I would give no stars if I could this company is a scam ! Not licensed to do business in SC OR. NC They are a company who is out of Michigan also dissolved by the Secretary of State. I called this company for a tune up I was told 125.00 plus parts. Then the young man arrived he immediately stated digging up my yard looking for problems that did not exist . He stated he replaced 2 sprinkler heads , a minor drip line repair which was still leaking and the repair was 6”long with 2 inside couplings. Needless to say the guy left.... read more

I called “irrigation repair of Charlotte” which turned out to be “Charlotte irrigation” on September 3rd. I was told to “reply to a text message for service tomorrow” which I did. Never got a response, no one showed up on the 4th. I called Friday the 5th and was told it was a miscommunication and that they would show up Saturday or any day next week. I said Saturday the 6th works. No one showed up Saturday. I called on Monday the 8th, they scheduled me for Thursday the 11th before 10am. Thursday at 9:30 am they texted and sa... read more

I had a leak at a valve box , I asked them to fix. They said I needed to replace the valves which they did and charged over $1,600 . Two months later I still had a leak. I called them to come back out to fix since they didn't completely take care of it. Never told me they were going to charge me again, then I receive another bill for $610 to cap two lines they should have found the first time. Unless you are desperate and are willing to over pay do not use these people.

Jefferson was a terrific tech. Very thorough in assessing the issues and addressed them with care and expertise. I had all the existing heads checked and patterns adjusted. He replaced 3 heads and one spray nozzle. We are ready for our aeration and seeding. Photos are not attached because the heads are in the ground😀
