However, you do not find that out until you are asked to give them all your personal data on the application. That should be wrong. They do this via email, with no data protections, so buyer, or rather applier, beware. Very irresponsible way to do business and they should update their website to be accurate.

forget about these guys. I have an existing rv and auto policy with them and wanted to possibly buy additional coverage. Have been trying to contact them for 2 weeks- 3 phone messages and one email message. No reply! What if I had an insurance emergency? Beware
A few weeks ago we were planning to cross into Canada in our RV and I had forgotten to get my Canadian insurance card ahead of time. I called Clarke at Charlotte Insurance the day before we were scheduled to cross the border and he went above and beyond the call of duty to get the documentation we needed faxed to us in time for our trip. Outstanding customer service. Thank you.
Horrible customer service. If you don't mind your phone calls and email going unreturned--for years--go ahead and look into this group. Just don't expect to hear back from them.
