I have gone to Charlotte for a few years and she has been wonderful to help me with my ear issues. Her office staff are always helpful and professional when I am making an appointment and when I go into the office.
I haven't met this doctor, but my husband has. He isn't complaining, but I am. My husband went to this doctor and she found a swollen tonsil. My husband had been going through allot, every night, getting up every hour on the hour and coughing up mucus and blowing his nose. It was misery for him. So she found the swollen tonsil, but thought it was best to just leave alone. The thing is though, Cancer was hiding behind that tonsil. Squamous Cell Carcinoma to be exact.
