Martin came by today to check out my HVAC upon moving into my new home since the home inspection had noted the system was shutting off and not working. He was honest in his work and did not try and do a bunch of things I didn’t need. Having a great pyrenees means I have to be extra diligent about the temperature inside my home, however the AC is running just fine, the home is cool, and I feel safe moving in now! Will absolutely use them in the future for any diagnostics or repairs.
I would like to let everyone know about my fantastic experience with Charlotte Heating & Air. I had a recent issue with my 3 year old AC system and upon calling the company who had installed and serviced it, was told it would be about 3 days before they could have a technician come and diagnose the equipment. I called Charlotte Heating & Air to schedule an emergency service visit after my AC stopped working during the middle of summer. I was told a technician would be able to come out the same day, so I relied on that instead of calling another company. As the day went on, I never heard from anyone.
