Five stars for JD Dunham at Charlotte Heating and Air. JD came out, diagnosed the issue quickly, and replaced the blower. That’s it. No runaround, no upsell pitch, no pressure to replace the whole unit — just a straight diagnosis and the right fix. Honestly, that’s all you can ask for from a technician. Anyone can “solve” an HVAC problem by telling you to buy a brand new system. It takes someone who actually knows what they’re doing to identify the real issue and fix only what needs fixing. Excellent service! Zo and Moses , my technicians were outstanding. They took time to tell me what they were doing and how it would help my system. So confident with this company. That make suggestions for improvements but never a pressured sales technique.
We just had a wonderful technician , Zo Venegas, come to our home to perform the maintenance on our HVAC system. He was so thorough about his services and inspection of the unit. He also suggested an air ionizing unit that we could add to the system minimizing dust, mold and allergens coming into the home. Great 👍 idea that we will consider. Thanks Zo!
Another fine service for Morris Jenkins on March 15th, Jay replaced a drain pipe. He went above the Call of Duty by digging a little Trench covering it with stone that I provided and making it look nice to match the rest of our yard. Kudos to Jay. Thank you Morris Jenkins.
