The best of the best. In this heat we were desperate to get air but we still did our research. We got estimates from three different companies and we were only treated as people by one. Brian was very detailed, did not try to sell me something I did not need, company is local to Mint Hill, and more reasonable then the other companies. Five stars for JD Dunham at Charlotte Heating and Air. JD came out, diagnosed the issue quickly, and replaced the blower. That’s it. No runaround, no upsell pitch, no pressure to replace the whole unit — just a straight diagnosis and the right fix. Honestly, that’s all you can ask for from a technician. Anyone can “solve” an HVAC problem by telling you to buy a brand new system. It takes someone who actually knows what they’re doing to identify the real issue and fix only what needs fixing.
