My family member has been there for a while and the turn over in leadership has changed a lot, especially in the business office, but the newest member Trenta. Is she very respectful, knowledgeable and listens , but mostly honest. She helped me with Medicaid paperwork and I truly appreciated that. I hope she stays for a very long time. This facility needs stable, caring , understanding employees.
Wouldn't trust these faceless 5 star reviews. Why no experiences? Believe the birdeye reviews more Do better staff!!! One day you will find yourself in the same position as your patients and I truly hope you all receive your karma for the mistreatment and neglect of patients who didn't ask to be there or enjoy being dependent on anybody.
I would have given them a minus star if I could. My husband was there and the service was horrible. They didn't know the doctor's schedule for being there. They would give medication to residences before checking their blood pressure which is not good if a person has high blood pressure. They had trouble reading residence's charts. It was more important to collect finished food trays than to help a person to the bathroom. if you rang for a nurse it sometimes would take 15 or more minutes to get someone to come to the roo... read more
