I had the best experience today. Today was my first visit at this clinic with a new PCM as I have just transferred from the CBOC on Allentown Road. From the friendly person that checks your ID to the check in, to the doctor and nurse- I give them all five stars for exceptional service. Nurse Donna was very personable and Dr. Wicks was amazing at listening to my complaints. She was able to address concerns I had been attempting from previous providers for the last 24 months. I hope you have a month to wait for them to respond and return your calls and good luck ever getting them to actually answer the phone. Ps the voice mail is full so you can't even leave a message anymore.
I had a very good experience at this facility. Very clean, useful waiting areas to sit comfortably at and relax, read, study, even work. I have no complaints.
You can’t schedule vision or dental with the scheduler. You have to call charlotte hall directly. And good luck with that. They don’t answer the phone and their mailbox is full always
Outstanding services, very clean environment, pleasant staff and physicians. I love psychiatrist Dr Moe she is the absolute best.
