Never pick up phones its rare when they do , calls always get connected to VA connect !!!!!!
Well I just moved here and I am trying to get registered for care and every time I call I either get transferred to an unending hold line or I get hung up on... Not a great start. I will change my review If I ever get care Edit. This place is very hard to get ahold of sometimes. But I will say, once I got appointments scheduled. My care here was excellent. Nice facility

Brought husband to Charlotte Hall Outpatient Facility 10/9, to renew his VA Healthcare ID. Was told to come back on 10/14, between 1-3 pm to get picture taken and with the gov't shut down it could take a long time but he'd be in the system and the new card would be sent. Ok..came back 10/14, before 1 pm. Reception lady said, needed to come back at 1 pm.. the lady we needed to see would be back from lunch. Trying to schedule an appointment is chaotic. It’s near impossible to reach someone and get something scheduled. You’ll ALWAYS get sent to voicemail which is always full. In the event you do speak to an actual person, the next available appointment is usually 2 months out. I will say once I’m being seen by a medical provider, their professionalism and service is great. I’m quarrel is not with the staff but the inability to schedule an appointment.
