Over the past few years,the Charlotte Housing Authority has showed residents that moving forward will be impossible under the current management personel. As a resident for nine years, never had court papers filed,EVER, for non payment,or late payment,but if I complained of wrong or bias treatment from staff,then here comes lease violations.....Im a very responsible member of society,a devoted mother,and YES a GREAT neighbor!!!!
