I’m in the auto car wash right now. Have come here a lot the past couple of months for my wash. I always get no touch to be extra cautious. Usually it does a great job washing my car but it seems as tho the machine has faulted and it broken as it’s only washing part of my car not all the soap is coming out. I wish someone was here to fix this but I guess it’s what I get for coming “after hours.” Wasted my money and my car is still as muddy as it was before.

I had a little issue but management reached out to me. Thank You for that. The car wash is brand new and has some good features. The timer however does seem faster than other car washes.

If I could leave no stars I would! I went to the Charlotte hall location excited to try the newly renovated car wash. It was a huge disappointment. I paid 20 dollars for a single wash and came out with bird poop still on my car and then I had to go home and wash it and I feel it was a waste of my time and money! I won’t be back and I will be taking my business elsewhere in the future. Please note: this is a 2026 car with no rust or stains on it!
