I had a little issue but management reached out to me. Thank You for that. The car wash is brand new and has some good features. The timer however does seem faster than other car washes.
If I could leave no stars I would! I went to the Charlotte hall location excited to try the newly renovated car wash. It was a huge disappointment. I paid 20 dollars for a single wash and came out with bird poop still on my car and then I had to go home and wash it and I feel it was a waste of my time and money! I won’t be back and I will be taking my business elsewhere in the future. Please note: this is a 2026 car with no rust or stains on it!
Difficult to HEAR, or see the lit signs IN the wash. It keeps bending my license plate and a monthly subscriber shouldn't have to pay for the vacuum. Saves me washing the car tho.
I had an extremely disappointing experience at Burch Car Wash in Charlotte Hall on Friday, July 10, at approximately 2:30 PM. The biggest issue was that the automated payment machine accepted my $10 bill but never started the wash. I immediately called the office, left a detailed voicemail with my contact information explaining exactly what happened, and never received a return call. Maybe it's growing pains, but it has been closed a lot during its reopening. Not good for those with a subscription.
