Received outstanding care, expert eye surgery and professional customer service. Wonderful staff!
I was referred to this office by my regular eye doctor for cataract surgery. I ended up not getting my surgery here for a few reasons that may be helpful for other patients to be aware of. 1) The doctor offered up the most expensive, not-covered by insurance options (multifocal lenses and and laser) even though my current contact lens prescription is for monovision. Drs. Were caring very thorough with explaining what's going on and their approach to getting you better.
Everyone at the Concord office is very friendly and go out of their way to help you. Highly recommend!
Doctor was nice however, called customer service to pay balance and very rude not friendly at all. Dissappointed.
