I saw Dr. John Kilde at the Albemarle location and I felt really disappointed in my entire visit with him. I constantly felt dismissed. Anytime I tried to speak about my hearing situation, he proceeded to make excuses TO me about why I couldn't hear. To better explain, I would provide examples of situations of when I find it challenging to hear and he would constantly interrupt me and dismiss what I was trying to say before I could even finish my sentence. Doctor was nice, professional, and resolved my problem
Dr. Kilde did nothing. Was a waste of time and money. Sent to check for possibly needing tubes last year around thanksgiving time, and he wouldn't even look in my son's ears. Said it was the holiday and he was booked up with surgeries and to make another appointment after the holidays (we were sitting in the room for our appointment that we had a referral for!) My husband even left work to meet us there, only for the dr. to tell us that. Not to mention he was cocky and arrogant and wouldn't listen to a thing we said. Ended u... read more
He has no patience for pediatric patients. He was rude and the appointment felt rushed. I do not recommend bringing your kids here. Very unprofessional.
