I am a new patient. Dr. Kilde was able to fit me in for a terrible earache on very short notice. He was so kind and helpful. The staff members were great, really nice, and super efficient! I was very impressed with my first visit.
Dr. Kilde at CEENTA has been absolutely wonderful in caring for my 7-year-old daughter’s ears. He is professional, kind, and takes the time to make both of us feel comfortable and informed at every visit. You can tell he truly cares about his patients, and that means so much as a parent. We also absolutely adore his nurse—she is the BEST! Always welcoming, patient, and so sweet with my daughter. I did not feel heard as a patient, I felt like a number. Nursing staff was very caring but provider could use a little assistance with his mannerisms. Don’t stand over top of your patients while you are talking down to them as they have no idea what’s going on. Would not recommend this ENT to anyone.
