Awful terrible treatment. Brought my child in for treatment tonight. People had been waiting for over 4 hours in the waiting room. I asked the nurse how long it would be for my child to be seen. They said at least another 3 hours. We left to get my child’s iPad. I called on the phone on the way back to see if her name was still far from being called. They refused to tell me “over the phone”. I hope this message finds you well. I am writing to express my concerns regarding my recent experience at your facility, which I found to be quite unsatisfactory. During my visit, it appeared that Dr. on staff was only attending to one patient at a time, while the staff seemed preoccupied with activities unrelated to patient care. Don’t waste your time here. Went in with extreme abdominal pain and they didn’t even touch my stomach once, nor ran any tests. Gave me an iv and sent me on my way. Save your time and just go to Sarnia emergency room, the doctors in petrolia do not care unless your interesting.
