Dr. Farzin is a very special kind of Dentist. He listens, he is patient and very understanding. If he can do it, he will or will refer you out to who does do it. I have had a great experience here with all of my dental needs. His assistant and the front staff are excellent. Thank you all
Dr. O is an amazing dentist. The dental assistants are always so polite and caring. His professionalism and care for his patients is outstanding. There may be a slight wait at times after appointment check in but it is worth the patience of being a patient at Charlotte Dental Associates. Thank you as always to Dr. O and his staff.
Very disappointed. 6 trips and dentures wouldn't fit properly. Once I was able to put the uppers and lowers in, the molors would touch but there was a huge gap all the way around .
If I could leave negative state I would. I got there at 11:55am for my 12pm appointment. I was not seen until 12:40! When completing xrays, my bit was on the equipment and was not covered! Very unsanitary. When wanting to reschedule I would still need the exam and then have to schedule a separate appointment for a cleaning. A waste of time !!! The heavy set lady at the front desk is also rude.
I have not been to a dentist in ten years and I was embarrassed to come in and be seen. However, Dr Farzin and his assistant Jaylene were so kind and treated me with dignity. The visit was fast and Dr Farzin is very gentle. Jaylene saw I was nervous and kept me comfortable and we even had a great conversation to help ease me. I highly recommend them.
