I have nothing but great things to say about this office. check in was smooth and I was seen right away. most importantly my cleaning with Ashley was amazing. she was very detailed and thorough and even explained exactly what she was doing. by far the best cleaning i have ever gotten! thank you Ashley and the entire office for a wonderful experience!
Absolutely not!!! I would not recommend this office. Coming here was a waste of time. My appointment was at 1:40. I had to go to the desk at 2:30 and ask them when would I be called since I had been there almost an hour. They said when a room would be clean but still didn’t get me back for another 10/15 minutes. The lady at the front knew I wanted to get a cleaning. That’s what I booked my appointment for. Today was my first visit for a teeth cleaning at this office, and I couldn’t be happier with the experience! My dental hygienist, Candace, was absolutely amazing. She kindly squeezed me in at the last minute, which I was so grateful for. Throughout the cleaning, she patiently answered all my questions and made me feel completely comfortable. I left with beautifully clean teeth and a big smile—thank you so much, Ms. Candace!
I had an appointment scheduled at this office for dental work. I arrived on time, only to be informed that my appointment had been canceled because I didn’t confirm it. At the time of booking, no one mentioned that confirmation was required to avoid cancellation. My appointment was already confirmed when I initially scheduled it.
