I discovered CCS last summer via U tube. I needed a way to control humidity in the crawl space. I called Michael (sales) and he drove the hour and a half to my home and evaluated my situation. We were about to start the process of putting in new floors with another company when they found a major issue in the crawlspace that prevented them from installing the floors until the issue was fixed. Trustworthy folks who do quality work. The crew arrived when scheduled and worked hard to finish their work on/before planned timeline. Cost was comparable to other quotes and I feel like though I spent more, I got a better value than with other proposals. Everything was discussed and agreed to on the frontend and there were no surprises. Can't really ask for more out of contractor. 10/10 would recommend.
