We were told if we had someone come to our house to test our water by the end we would receive a $40 home depot gift card for doing so. Being to new the area we agreed as we were skeptic of our water. We were very interested during the presentation however with it being such a large expense we simply wanted more time to think about our options. Rick Shotwell did a great job of explaining to us an about the reverse osmosis system. I love the fact it was a no pressure sale. He even fixed a problem we had with our old system till we decided what we wanted to do. Joe Tieken was our installer for the RO system. He went above and beyond to help us. He took his time explaining everything so that we understood how to maintain the system. My wife was extremely pleased with his great attitude towards us. Great service from start to finish! Jeff gave a informative demonstration before and after the installation. This our second Rainsoft system, we had one up north and we're very happy with each.
