The unit was working fine until I went to put salt in the unit. I contacted rainsoft and they told me the company that does the service has to come out and fix the issue with a rusted screw and washer that's also dripping rusty water into the bin. I guess no one thought it was humid in Florida. The service company is going to charge me $250 to come out. Something I shouldn't be charged for at all for a manufacturing defect. For as much money as I paid for this unit, this is something I shouldn't have to deal with. I am sorry... read more
We had no idea about the quality of water in Charlotte County until Micheal made a presentation at our home. Clearly, it was a great investment to upgrade our whole house and can now taste and feel the difference in drinking water, cooking, showering, and laundry. Customer service has been exceptional on follow up and expect that it will continue.
We were told if we had someone come to our house to test our water by the end we would receive a $40 home depot gift card for doing so. Being to new the area we agreed as we were skeptic of our water. We were very interested during the presentation however with it being such a large expense we simply wanted more time to think about our options. Rick Shotwell did a great job of explaining to us an about the reverse osmosis system. I love the fact it was a no pressure sale. He even fixed a problem we had with our old system till we decided what we wanted to do. Joe Tieken was our installer for the RO system. He went above and beyond to help us. He took his time explaining everything so that we understood how to maintain the system. My wife was extremely pleased with his great attitude towards us. Years after our install, still a great and courteous staff, at the office and in the field. Joe Tieken was exceptional in each visit including this week after we encountered an observation. Highly recommend!
