Terrible Terrible. I moved from Hollywood Florida to punta gorda florida. I made an appointment. No one told me I needed proof my new address. I only been in punta gorda, 2 months ago. I arrived and was turned away. When I called to see what I needed, the girl was extremely rude and so was the girl at entrance. This is the worst service I have seen punta gorda. Only 6 out of the 16 stations and 1 room we actually being used, waited for over 2 hours just for their system to go down apparently statewide... this is not acceptable
