We had a good experience here as a walk-in with no appointment to obtain a tag for a newly purchased used vehicle. We sat in the waiting room for approximately an hour and 15 minutes before being called back. Dawn assisted us in obtaining the new tag. She was very friendly and quick in processing our tag. My only complaint was that the men's restroom smelled pretty bad.
100 Stars Today the Wife and I went to this office to transfer our NJ plates to Florida and there was an NJ Title issue. This issue involved NJ not Florida but the Supervisor Gina and her other Employee, sorry forgot her name so sorry, took the time, several hours to resolve this issue. Never in ourselves did we experience GREAT SERVICE. Both DMV Employee had Patience of a Saint. Thank you so much for helping and sacrifice today. Kathy and Jimmy Mitt
