Very poor service My experience at the Tax Collector’s Office in Punta Gorda was very disappointing. Even though I had a scheduled appointment, I still had to wait a long time to be helped. I don’t understand the purpose of making an appointment if you still have to wait so long. The service was slow, and the overall customer service was very frustrating. I expected a much more organized and efficient experience, especially with an appointment. They definitely need to improve their organization and wait times.
