Dr. Chang has been an outstanding primary care provider. She spends time in assessment, researches for the best course of treatment, and certainly projects that she truly cares. I feel confident in her assessments and have been connected with specialty physicians when needed. Recently, I was very frustrated with the care I received at two urgent cares and two ERs. Dr Chang is very courteous and knowledgeable. Answers any and all questions without feeling rushed. It is very difficult to get a hold of a person when trying to reach the office. That definitely needs to be addressed and remedied,
The doctor herself is personable, approachable, and compassionate. She gets Five Stars. The office on the other hand is understaffed and hard to reach, prepare to wait 20 minutes on hold for calls. I could not find a message center on the web page where one could leave messages for Dr. Chang. MyPortal is great for those with computers who don't mind having their medical information on-line and hackable. Good luck trying to reach her.
