IMPRESSIVE – Found Charlotte Carpet Cleaning on the internet. We were quite impressed with their professionalism, friendliness, promptness and the job done. We had a couple of areas that needed some extra care (not even sure the spots would come up), and they removed them without any problem. Would we use them again? ABSOLUTELY.

rude, very unprofessional, and waste of money – I had been using this company for a long time, I have a few rental properties but the company has went to s***, yea thats how mad I am. Obviously whom ever wrote the last add must of been either the company or drugged. First they overcharged me but i trusted them because when i last used them about a year ago it was good, then they pretty much sprayed water on my carpet and left. Prompt, Professional and Thorough – This was my first experience w/ a commercial carpet cleaning service. Our basement carpet and staircase was heavily soiled by pets and foot traffic. Jerry Wallace and Seth Bakker were knowledgeable, efficient and very pleasant. They were more than prompt - they were early! They did a great job. I am very impressed with how good the areas now look and smell. Stains and darkened areas that I thought were beyond hope are now gone and so are the pet odors.
