IMPRESSIVE – Found Charlotte Carpet Cleaning on the internet. We were quite impressed with their professionalism, friendliness, promptness and the job done. We had a couple of areas that needed some extra care (not even sure the spots would come up), and they removed them without any problem. Would we use them again? ABSOLUTELY.

Prompt, Professional and Thorough – This was my first experience w/ a commercial carpet cleaning service. Our basement carpet and staircase was heavily soiled by pets and foot traffic. Jerry Wallace and Seth Bakker were knowledgeable, efficient and very pleasant. They were more than prompt - they were early! They did a great job.
