Charlotte cabinets has been a great supplier of cabinets and custom millwork. I have used them for years and the quality and service is excellent. I highly recommend them to everyone.
Have called numerous times. Voicemail box is full Went to store picked out 3 counter top samples I was interested in. No one with quoting nor selling knowledge was there to help. They wrote out all information and left samples with with my phone and information. No call after 5 days. Tried calling again. No answer, can't leave message. Going into week 3. If you want quality and attention to detail with custom countertops,cabinets, any project! you might want done, these guys will do a great job!
Went there to get information and see if they could give me an estimate their door was locked, no sign with info. Sticker from UPS on door a day old!
Matt and staff were wonderful. I had a very small job, and took it to Matt, asking him to just get to it when he could. I got a call within a week that my job was done… so pleased. Thank you!
