Let’s just start out by saying do not ever go to this tacky ghetto ratchet place. I took my car here a month ago for a fender bender. The body shop barely had communication with me the whole month. I had to get information about my car through my insurance agency. The time my car was finally done 36 days later the body shop was trying to charge me $2200 talking about the price of my repairs plus my deductible. My deductible is $2500 and my repairs was $645. I was recently involved in an automobile accident. Shante left a message for me and wanted to make sure that I was alright and to set me up in a rental car. The Manager immediately calmed all of my fears and ensured me that they were here to help me and to make sure that I was treated fairly by the Insurance company. I have never felt so relieved. they need to stop stealing customers personal information out of the vehicle. They need to learn how to be more professional and they need to fire the manager
I will never take another car to this body shop. My 2018 Nissan Altima Szr was vandalized the 1st estimate I received from another body shop was $3500. Once my car was at Charlotte Body & Paint I don't know what happen. State farm my insurance company adjuster went out and the damage was estimated at $7181. This body shop did some extra to my vehicle to get more money. All my vehicle had was a deep scratch from part of the trunk up the passenger side to the hood. I was recently in a fender bender in charlotte, and I took my Volkswagen Jetta to charlotte Body and Paint where, Bobby B***** assisted me, he treated me very special and with great customer service and amazing hospitality. He got me into a 2019 rental car while my car was being worked on and in 10 days my car was fixed and looking newer than it did when I brought it in there. They did a great job! Great customer service! I would recommend this service to anyone.
Took my car there after an accident. Even though they were paid for new parts by the insurance company, they tried to get away with badly repairing the damaged part. When I called them on it the owner lied saying it was a "new" used part. It still had my original vin # on it so I was able to prove he was lying. Great price but it's because they cut corners on the repairs. Worried because I don't know what else was done incorrectly that can cause a problem later
