This company seems to have gone completely dark. I ordered blinds from them near the end of December. In the middle of February I e-mailed asking for a status update, and they told me my blinds were lost by FedEx and that they'd order new ones. I thanked them and asked them to keep me informed on any updates from the manufacturer (Hunter Douglas). They never responded to that request.
