Very angry at the vets here at Charlotte Animal Hospital!, They said our Ollie had a bladder blockage, that they could clear, gave him meds. $1100.00 to $1200.00 but after the surgery had to take him back the 2nd day he still had not eaten, could not breathe, they said well possible congestive heart failure! More meds that did NOTHING!!! Ollie had not eaten in 10 days! 3rd day back said they had to do more tests OVER $900.00!!! and then called and said well you can either take him to a specialist or put him down! WHAT???? RecommendedAll the technicians and Veterinarians were extremely helpful they explained everything for me and my Dad. And Milo was Happy and relaxed the whole time. Something a Near me is not known for at the vets
They have always been great before COVID. Vets are ok but with this new parking lot system and no appointments it’s turned into a disaster. I took my 15 year old chihuahua for a nail cut and they forgot to cut one back nail growing into her pad and injured her back leg. She couldn’t walk on it after the nail cut. I called and reported to them about the situation. I work full time and I can’t just take her anytime and wait hours in a parking lot with my scared little chihuahua. All of the staff at Charlotte Animal Hospital are amazing. We always have amazing experiences with Amy at the front desk, as well as Dr. Norris and Dr. Kimbler.
This was our very first visit here. From the moment we checked in we felt cared for/ not a number! And even though it was a long wait everyone from the tech who came out to the car to get our dog to the actual veterinarian was great and very knowledgeable! We will be returning for certain!
I wouldn’t go anywhere else. The care given to my dogs is the best

Dr. Rachel is terrific! I wish I knew all the techs names as they are also wonderful. The whole office staff is very professional and caring. They take the time to get all the info needed and listen to what you are telling them. I feel that Joey is in good hands there. Thank you one and all! Pam K

Abby was very informative and knowledgeable regarding her job and made me feel, as a first time puppy owner, that no question was silly or too small, and I felt prepared and knowledgeable regarding what to expect and how to care for my puppy.
