DONT RENT FROM HER! She’s shady, lies, invades your privacy and more. Theres multiple trailers that have mold and she’s well aware of it and literally doesn’t care. She expects you to pay for the supplies to clean it and fix it out of your own pocket and will not deduct it from your rent. Was looking to move at the end of my lease and saw an add for Charlene and her # so I gave her a call, right away she was the sweetest most honest landlord I have spoken to in a long time. Nothing but good things to say about the way she runs the park from other tenants. I can’t wait to be part of the Charlo’s country living park soon!!
Desperately in need of a new home contacted "Charos" in response to a Marketplace post. Mrs. Rice was courteous and very helpful. I have yet to meet Mr. Rice but I am certain it shall be an honor.
Very nice mobile home park. Beyond reasonable. Christian family owned. As long as your not a menace you should be fine. Everyone pretty much stays to themselves. DRAMA FREE which is a plus. Charlene and her husband are very respectable people who stay on top of things. Anything that needs fixing she is always a text or call away. Literally If she doesn't answer you right away your literally waiting 30 min to a hour before you get a response.
