At a friends gathering we shared this deliciously lean salami and chorizo. It was so meaty, savory, and full of flavor.
Excellent quality salami sticks. The flavor is rich and natural without being overly salty or greasy. I tried both the Sea Salt & Pork and the Mild Chorizo, and both had a great texture and tasted like real artisan cured meat. Perfect as a high-protein snack. I’ll definitely order again.
