These people are not honest at all they put a used water reservoir on my 2003 GMC and changed a tire. Charged me 587.00 don't trust them.and a tow 100.00. and 60.00 for used reservoir, a new one is 65.00..i was left with 13.00 for groceries...if they treat old people like this....sad
I blew my transmission in the middle of the National Forest on a weekend and Charlie and the guys got me up and running and home safely. I was nearly in tears but they were able to tow and get me back on the road within a few hours - it was a 30 mile tow and primarily dirt roads. The kindness, honesty and quality can’t be beat. As a woman who is used to getting scammed or talked over, I’d be worth driving from Dallas for all my automotive needs further level of care and quality Charlie’s provides.
I showed up 5 minutes before they close and the technician stayed 45 minutes after trying to take care of me and then try to shut me out the door or anything he just fixed my truck tires and it was really nice and he was worried about me driving with unsafe tires
Always honest and can fix almost everything. I go there for everything that has wheels. Cars, lawnmower and quads.
