We used Charlie’s for a long time and thought that they were trustworthy. I got a car and had problems with it from the get go. Took it to Charlie’s to get fixed seemed to be working a week later back in the shop and this happened for months. Year later still brining in the car every month to two months for the same thing we bought a truck from him in a personal deal and the truck was older then we thought then found out we over paid for it. I noticed my muffler was sagging on my way through Alma and stopped into Charlie's Automotive to get it looked at. They got me taken care of quickly — re-mounted it solid and had me back on the road in under 30 minutes. The staff was friendly and straightforward, no trying to sell me on stuff I didn't need.
